Raspberry Sweet Bottom Pie
3 Tbl corn starch 9" pie crust 1 cup cold water 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 4 Tbl raspberry gelatin 1 1/2 pts. fresh raspberries 1 cup sugar
Melt chocolate and pour over cooked pie crust. Bake and set aside to cool. Mix cornstarch in cold water until dissolved. Bring cornstarch mixture, sugar and gelatin to a boil. Set glaze aside. Place raspberries in crust and pour cooled glaze over berries. Place in refrigerator and let chill. |
